Return Policy
At Better Blanket, we design products that are expertly tailored to fit your brand. Given that our products are customized and therefor cannot be resold, we do not offer returns.
Products with material defects are eligible for replacement if proof of defect is provided to Better Blanket LLC within 7 business days of receiving your product.
Eligibility for Replacement
To qualify for a replacement, the product must be unused.
Product must also either be torn or have been produced using the wrong color or colors.
Proof of defect must be provided to Better Blanket LLC within 7 business days of receiving your product.
Replacement Approval Process
Better Blanket LLC may request to receive visual proof of defect via email.
Better Blanket LLC may request that products be shipped back for inspection.
Better Blanket LLC may choose to replace products if they are found to have a material defect.
Shipping
Better Blanket LLC offers complimentary replacement shipping. We will provide you with a return label via email, which can be used to send your item back. Instructions will be provided regarding whether your package should be dropped off at a UPS, FedEx, or USPS location.
