Return & Replacement Policy
At Better Blanket, every product is custom-made to reflect your brand. Because these items are personalized and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns.
Defective Products
If your blanket arrives with a material defect, you may request a replacement within 7 business days of delivery. To be eligible:
The product must be unused
You must provide photo proof of the defect
Replacement Process
We may request that the item be returned for inspection. If confirmed defective, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
Shipping
Replacement shipping is complimentary. A prepaid return label will be emailed to you with instructions for drop-off at UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
